The submitted building permits are still under review. They are currently with Pinellas County. We were advised by the City of Oldsmar that the County has had a staff person test positive for COVID-19. Based on this, the City of Oldsmar is estimating another 2-3 weeks for them to get the permits back from the County.
Demolition of building 140 started on June 5th and ended on June 12th. All of the debris has been removed.
Demolition start date has been moved due to an unscheduled inspection by insurance company. We understand the inspection is tentatively scheduled to occur by end of day Friday the 15th. The inspection timing is under the control of the insurance company.
The date of the inspection, and the revised date of demolition will be posted on this site as soon as the Association is informed by the appropriate parties.
